Force-reload Exchange Global Address Lists

Open an EMS (Exchange Management Shell), and type these in, one by one:

Get-GlobalAddressList | update-GlobalAdressList
Get-AddressList | update-AddressList
Get-OfflineAddressBook | Update-OfflineAddressBook

Some users report having to restart the Exchange File Distribution service after running these PS cmdlets.
